For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality of care at the most reasonable cost. It is important to note that you are solely responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of whether you have health insurance coverage.
Insurance Billing
For the convenience of our patients, we submit all dental claims to the insurance company. In most cases, insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. In the event that your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please contact our office. In the event your insurance does not cover the entire amount, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. Please accept our sincere thanks for your prompt payment.
Can I be on a payment Plan?
In the case of simple dental treatment, the answer is no. Generally, simple treatments take between two and four weeks to complete, and payment is due at the time of delivery.
In the case of more complex dental treatment plans that require a longer period of time, you may wish to make monthly payments and pay the remainder in full at the time of delivery.
